Tom Completes Bike to Barcelona

Today Tom and the Leeds RAG society completed their monstrous 1,100 mile cycle ride to Barcelona and managed to keep their bikes in one piece and only come away with minor grazes. Although the journey was extremely challenging the team are raising an ongoing amount for the incredible charity CALM.
CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) it is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. They challenge cultures that prevent men from seeking help, pushing for changes in policy and practice and providing support to those bereaved by suicide.
Although they have completed their challenge there is still time to donate! Please help them smash their £12,000 target. Every little helps and really goes a long way to support so many people who are suffering.
